Description: Reptiles are at home in Cambridge but it is a rare treat to see them. Join Laura Watson in conducting a survey of this local site. Location: Bramblefields LNR, Laxton Way, Chesterton, Cambridge. Parking is limited so please use public transport if possible. Meet at the pond.
Time: Start 5pm and finish at 7pm
Description: Having surveyed this pond earlier on in the year it's now time to see what all those frogs and newts were up to. Take this opportunity to catch young newts (efts) and young frogs and observe how they have developed from tadpoles. There are also grass snakes in the reserve so keep your eyes peeled. Find out about the city wide survey and how you can help. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that reptiles will be seen during this session.
