
This part of the website has been created to tell you more about the work of the Project. Our work is broad and focuses on a number of different habitats and species. Some records of species we have seen over the years can be found on the Sightings page. If you would like to let us know about your observations please complete the online recording form with your name, contact details, what you saw, where and when. This will then be sent to the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Biological Records Centre to help improve our understanding of the wildlife around us.
If there are any species you think are missing from these information pages please do contact me and I'll try to add them soon.
The Cambridge Green Belt Project works to raise awareness of some of the areas most important species. The Project in partnership with the Wildlife Trust for Cambridgeshire and the Biodiversity Partnership have produced a range of leaflets about these species and how you can become involved in their conservation. If you would like hard copies please contact us with your address and we shall send you one.
